By accessing or purchasing from The Different Apparel Store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Use — All products are sold as blank/undecorated wholesale apparel intended for decoration by screen printers, embroiderers, DTG printers, and other decorators.

2. Pricing — Prices are subject to change without notice. Volume discounts apply as shown at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment — Orders are confirmed upon payment. We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay.

4. Returns — Returns accepted within 30 days on unworn, undecorated items. Decorated items are final sale. Customer pays return shipping.

5. Shipping — Orders ship within 1–2 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Wholesale Accounts — Resale or redistribution of our products is permitted. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid resale certificate.

7. Limitation of Liability — The Different Apparel Store is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
