Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Standard: $11.95 flat rate, 5 to 7 business days
- Express: $15.00 flat rate, 1 to 3 business days
We currently ship within the United States only.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Large orders may need extra processing time. If you are ordering more than 500 units, email support@thedifferentapparelstore.com first so we can plan fulfillment.
Order Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@thedifferentapparelstore.com and we will work to resolve it.
