Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! All of our products are priced at wholesale rates. There are no minimum order quantities on most styles, so you can order as few or as many as you need.

Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Absolutely. You can mix and match sizes and colors within the same product style with no restrictions.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Our prices are already set at competitive wholesale rates. For very large orders, contact us directly at support@thedifferentapparelstore.com to discuss pricing.

What brands do you carry?
We carry Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Shaka Wear, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Port & Company, Independent Trading Co., District, Yupoong, and Fruit of the Loom.

Are your products blank/undecorated?
Yes. All products are sold as blank, undecorated apparel — perfect for screen printing, DTG, embroidery, heat press, and private label.

What sizes are available?
Most styles run XS–3XL. Select Shaka Wear styles are available up to 5XL. Check individual product pages for exact size availability.

Are the products true to size?
Sizing varies by brand and style. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

Do you ship outside the US?
Currently we ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days on unworn, unwashed, undecorated items in original condition. Decorated or customized items are final sale. Contact us at support@thedifferentapparelstore.com to initiate a return.
