Decoration & Printing Guide
Whether you're screen printing, embroidering, or doing DTG, this guide covers everything you need to get the best results on our blank apparel.
Supported Decoration Methods
- Screen Printing — Best for large runs (12+ pieces). Ideal for bold, vibrant designs with 1–6 colors.
- DTG (Direct-to-Garment) — Best for full-color, photographic prints. Works best on 100% cotton, light-colored garments.
- Embroidery — Best for logos and text. Works on most fabrics. Recommended for polos, hats, and outerwear.
- Heat Transfer / Vinyl (HTV) — Great for small runs and names/numbers. Works on most garment types.
- Sublimation — Best for 100% polyester garments. Produces vibrant, all-over prints.
File Specifications
- Screen Print: Vector files preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). 300 DPI minimum for raster files.
- DTG: PNG with transparent background, 300 DPI at print size.

Fabric & Color Tips
- 100% cotton is best for screen printing and DTG.
- Tri-blends and heathers may affect DTG vibrancy — always test first.
- Dark garments require an underbase for screen printing and DTG.
- Pre-wash garments before DTG printing to reduce shrinkage.
